    I disagree with this method because these people don’t know what you haven’t taught them. For instance, how can a person give an accurate response when they haven’t been taught accurate responses for Your business. I think a better approach is how the military does it. Where they teach you how to do it, and if you can’t do it you’re kicked out. Good employees are built, not found.
